4- payment plan option SEZZLE is available on total purchases of $250 or more. Please be advised that SEZZLE may not be an available payment option during sales.

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y 

NO RETURNS.  NO REFUNDS. Due to the nature of the product ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the matter will be taken into consideration and evaluated on a case by case basis as an exchange ONLY IF the purchased item(s) has not been altered and can be returned in it's original state within 5 Days of receipt at customers expense.

 ( NO EXCHANGES on custom units)

 

 

REQUIRED DEPOSIT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders.

TURN AROUND TIME/SHIPPING

During normal times your order would ship AFTER 10 processing days however due to the nationwide pandemic, orders are taking up to 18 days processing time. Upon completion of CUSTOM UNITS, photos will be sent for approval. Once approved, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. The balance must be paid within 24 hours to prevent storage fees. If remaining balance is not paid within 10 Calendar Days of approval, Yummy Candi Collection management reserves the right to cancel the order. Deposit will NOT be returned.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY

Due to dishonest individuals, in order to protect our company against false claims of non receipt of purchase or filing an unauthorized charges claim,  all bundle and unit orders will require signature for delivery. Billing address and shipping address provided to us must match or your order will be canceled. Effective May 5, 2019 ALL orders over $250.0 0, will require a copy of ID and signature by purchaser ONLY delivery.

Please Note: You cannot dispute charges with your bank or the payment processor if the carrier delays the delivery of your order. If the tracking number displays DELIVERED however, you did not receive, you must contact your local the United States Postal Service directly and not dispute the transaction. Once your order has shipped and tracking has been provided, Yummy Candi Collection is NO LONGER responsible for your package.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel orders of those customers that choose to be rude and/or irate to ANY of our staff members.  Please read our policies, terms and processing time prior to placing an order. If you do not agree with our business practices, do not place an order. You have a ZERO tolerance policy that can result in your order being cancel without notice.
