4- payment plan option PAYPAL ,KLARNA and SEZZLE. Please be advised that these merchants may not be an available payment option during sales. If you need to cancel your order, you will be charged the $25 cancellation fee PLUS the merchant processing fees. 

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y 

NO RETURNS.  NO REFUNDS. Due to the nature of the product ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the matter will be taken into consideration and evaluated on a case by case basis as an exchange ONLY IF the purchased item(s) has not been altered and can be returned in it's original state within 5 Days of receipt at customers expense. This would also include an inventory restock fee of $25.

 ( NO EXCHANGES on custom units)

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you need to cancel your order, you have 24-48 hours from the order date and time to cancel as long as the order has not shipped. The cancellation request is subject to a $25 fee

TURN AROUND TIME/SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIME: After your order has been placed, allow up to 14 days for in house fulfillment.

SHIPPING TIME: Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

Payment for a custom unit is due in full upfront. Upon completion of  a CUSTOM UNITS, photos will be sent for approval. Once approved, your unit will ship via priority mail with signature required. 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY

Due to dishonest individuals, in order to protect our company against false claims of non receipt of purchase or filing an unauthorized charges claim,  all bundle and unit orders will require signature for delivery. Billing address and shipping address provided to us must match or your order will be canceled. Effective May 5, 2019 ALL orders over $400.00, will require a copy of ID and signature by purchaser ONLY delivery.

Please Note: You cannot dispute charges with your bank or the payment processor if the carrier delays the delivery of your order. If the tracking number displays DELIVERED however, you did not receive, you must contact your local the United States Postal Service directly and not dispute the transaction. Once your order has shipped and tracking has been provided, Yummy Candi Collection is NO LONGER responsible for your package.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel orders of those customers that choose to be rude and/or irate to ANY of our staff members.  Please read our policies, terms and processing time prior to placing an order. If you do not agree with our business practices, do not place an order. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy that can result in your order being cancel without notice.
